Mr. Lemieux has more than 40 years of experience in all facets of project management. His career uniquely began as a Machinist Apprentice working his way up to multiple and diverse Senior Executive positions: Shaw Group (Charlotte NC) Director of Nuclear Programs, strategic management over Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, and Turnover; CB&I (Charlotte, NC) Consortium Quality Director and Supply Chain Performance Improvement Director providing oversight responsibilities on Westinghouse's U.S. AP-1000 multi-billion projects. While at Bechtel Nevada / National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec), hired as Systems Engineer responsible for Nuclear Safety Systems at two facilities at Nevada's Test Site. Through his recognized leadership and technical abilities, Fran was promoted to Senior-Manager leading all system engineering, supporting operations and maintenance technical activities of five nuclear facilities to become operational. With a twenty year tenure at Pacific Gas & Electric's Petrochemical, Geothermal, Hydro, Wind and Nuclear (Diablo Canyon) projects, Fran possesses unique expertise and experience required for successful projects from: Initial Design, Licensing, Construction, Commissioning Start-up/Testing, and Turnover; inclusive of Operations, Training, Maintenance, Engineering, Refueling, and Quality oversight.
Mr. Prentice has over 30 years of diverse experience in technologies, industrial and commercial business sectors; internationally and domestically fulfilling a multitude of business governance roles: Executive Officer of a publicly traded company, a corporate consultant to a small business owner. After earning his Bachelor of Art degree in Business Economics, being a technologist at heart life's career path lead him to becoming a Graduate Gemologist and Gemology Instructor at the world renowned Gemological Institute of America; a Real Estate & Mortgage Brokerage company owner, a Founder of a private technology Startup developing High Pressure High Temp (HPHT) Diamond technologies, to a Nuclear Project Field Engineer & Construction Support Specialist. Mr. Prentice's passion in science and engineering, today brings him to pursue Clean Energy solutions. A strong Sustainable and Renewable Power technology advocate, knowledgeable in efficient digital integration and optimization with current energy systems and infrastructure. A champion for the integration of blockchain technology and its applications; for more efficient secure digital workflows and U.S. Energy sector transitioning to a robust & resilient Distributed Energy Resources model. A strategic planner knowledgeable in current incentives: Investment Tax Credits (ITC), Carbon Tax Rebates (45Q), Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) and benefits to investors when a project is located in an Opportunity Zone.
